Kim Kardashian Made Predictions About Her Sisters 10 Years Ago — Here’s What She Got Wrong

Entertainment gossip and news from Newsweek’s network of contributors Kim Kardashian made some bold predictions about her sisters’ futures back in 2015, but it turns out the reality star was way off in her assumptions. Looking ahead to 2025, Kim, 44, expressed to Glamour in a time capsule letter to herself which was posted to YouTube a decade ago that she had some high hopes for her sisters. The video has since resurfaced in the new year, sparking a wave of nostalgia as fans pointed out how some of Kim’s predictions missed the mark, especially with two of her sisters. VALERIE MACON/AFP via Getty Images In her letter, Kim hoped sister Khloé Kardashian would have found her “happily ever after.” “I hope she … falls madly in love with a really great guy because she really deserves it,” Kim wrote. However, just a year after she penned those words, Khloé, 40, began a turbulent relationship with NBA player Tristan Thompson. The couple welcomed two children, True, 6, and Tatum, 2, but their romance was marred by Thompson’s multiple cheating scandals. Kim’s prediction for Kourtney Kardashian was equally off the mark. She thought Kourtney, 45, who was then raising three kids with ex-partner Scott Disick at the time, would “maybe be done having babies” by 2025. At the time, Kourtney had son Mason, now 15, daughter Penelope, now 12, and son Reign, now 10, but little did Kim know, Kourtney would go on to have a fourth child, son Rocky, 1, with her new husband, Travis Barker. She correctly guessed that Kendall, 29, would still be modeling, and Kylie, 27, would remain as she was — continuing her path as a successful entrepreneur. What she left out, however, was that Kylie would go on to become a mom to two children, Stormi, 6, and Aire, 2, who she welcomed with ex Travis Scott. As for brother Rob Kardashian, Kim didn’t mention him at all in the video, which of course fans pointed out in the comments. “that’s cute, but what about Rob,” asked one fan, while another seemingly agreed, saying, “What about Rob? After years of a tumultuous relationship, the two have finally agreed to co-parent Dream, 8, and have been doing so successfully for the past few years. A lot has changed for the SKIMS founder as well. At the time of her original video, she was still married to ex-husband Kanye West and was only mother to daughter North, now 12. The couple went on to welcome three more children, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, before divorcing in 2022.
